Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to buy a vehicle here yet. My review is for service. If you're a good vehicle owner, and care about the longevity of your vehicle, make yourself an appointment with Philip on the service drive and he'll take care of you. He's a nice guy with no nonsense and always lets me know what's good for me. Anything that's under warranty he gets it taken care of and he only ever recommends things that he would do to his own car in my opinion. Have an appointment, don't be rude if you don't have one trust me you're not that guy. Don't be that guy. Have an appointment be a good person be good to your car, these These are nice people it looking out for you and they want your car to keep running.

The finance process was surprisingly fast even though I didn’t have any of the documents with me to supply them to finance company. They allowed me to use a computer to print out the necessary documents and email the others that I had at home. Everyone I encountered on the lot was extremely friendly. Customer service at the Service Department was friendly and professional. I didn't make an appointment for my oil change and they still serviced my car fast. You have the option to pay for services online once they send you a text message with the total which is great when you want to minimize contact with others. Overall I'm normally happy when I pick up my car from getting serviced at this location.

Recently had to get a part for my vehicle and Brad from the parts department was extremely helpful. The part wasn't in stock & it needed to be order. He had let me know that it wouldn't take long for the part to come in. As soon as it did, I received a phone call letting me know it was ready to be picked up. I didn't have to wait long, which was a plus. He was efficient & I didn't feel like I was getting the runaround. Which can be the case at other dealerships. Well, well, well. My first part is going to be complaining. I went in for service and the old man with tattoos on his arm seemed unknowledgeable and tried to up sell me about $120. Denied. He and his supervisor, tall kinda chunky guy, refused to honor what I was told on the phone citing that the girl I spoke to was new and misinformed me. Soooo honor the word of your employees or train them to give correct information. He was extremely dismissive. I asked for the owner, Mike Cronan, and the manager and he basically acted like he didn't know them. He said service and sales are different companies. I asked if service was not part of Fontana Nissan and he said yes but the 2 sides never interact.

Went to Fontana Nissan to get a new vehicle. We were a little worried that the process might take a long time cause we had our baby with us but everything was handled rather quickly. We got there at 11 am and they happened to have what we were looking for. We went to lunch and by the time we went back to the dealership everything was ready. Car was fully detailed so I just had to sign all the documents. One of the sales people showed us how to pair our phones to the Bluetooth system and voila. We left in our new 2018 Pathfinder. Overall very satisfied with our experience.
If anyone is looking for a car they need to see the folks at Fontana Nissan. They have the best sales staff around. I've been buying my cars there for many, many years and will continue to go back. They have my business and all my families business. The service department is awesome as well. Frank and his team are very professional and treat you like family. Anthony, one of the managers is really helpful and was kind enough to drive me home. He is thorough when explaining what maintenance my car needs. I never feel like he tries to provide services that are more than my car needs or out of my budget.
