COVID-19
Dear Fontana Nissan Customers,
Above all, we hope this message finds you, your families, and loved ones in good health and safety. We are dedicated to conducting our business in absolute compliance with the CDC guidelines so your customer experience is as secure as possible. We wanted to reach out to let you know step-by-step how we will insure the health of everyone within and beyond the dealership walls.
Health and safety first. We urge that all employees stay home if they experience any symptoms. We have also kindly asked all staff members to refrain from shaking hands and to remain a safe distance.
Cleanliness. We have intensified the dealership cleaning regimen. There will be a continual rotation of staff throughout the day that will sanitize all surfaces, door handles, and everything that comes into human contact. This routine will also include a deep clean after hours.
Supplies available. We will provide a generous supply of hand sanitizers, soap, and facial tissues for both Guests and Employees while on site.
Glove service. Every Sales Associate, Technician, Valet, and Lot Attendant will be given gloves and will have a fresh set for each vehicle serviced. Customers will also be given gloves when entering the dealership.
Everyone will do their part. Our entire staff has undergone instruction and health guidelines of the CDC. And, we have instructed our employees to take responsibility to clean and disinfect their areas multiple times a day--this includes keyboards, light switches, mouses, desks, etc.
Convenience won’t stop (in-store and virtual). For those that are unwell, or would prefer to not visit the store, we offer vehicle drop-off, pick up, and a drop-off box for all your service needs. We will also have all tools for shopping via online. This includes a virtual showroom, test drive, option to call/Facetime your sales associate, and to process all payments online.
In anticipation of your service needs, we have developed our Service Priority Pass program. Drop your Nissan off for service anytime before 10pm and you will take priority the following morning.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact the dealership. We are 100% dedicated to accommodating you and our staff at all times. We will be intensely monitoring for any updates on laws, codes, and guidelines via the CDC.
Sincerely, Your Team at Fontana Nissan
